今天站在這里，我不想用那些華麗的詞藻去描述讀書的美好和意義，只想與大家一起分享一下我的成長故事。

記得剛踏上工作崗位時(shí)，學(xué)校為了讓我們盡快地熟悉業(yè)務(wù)、完成角色轉(zhuǎn)換，對我們青年教師進(jìn)行了一系列的培訓(xùn)。初出茅廬的我覺得這種培訓(xùn)沒什么意義，尤其是沒有必要講那些教育教學(xué)方面的理論，只要多提供幾堂精彩的示范課，讓我們模仿就可以了。因?yàn)槌醯侵v臺，不懂得什么教學(xué)方法，面對教材總是感到束手無策，不知道課堂上該講什么、講多少，所以特別希望老教師給一個(gè)明確的、具體的、能“立竿見影”的做法或模式讓我們參照，甚至照搬，否則心里就沒有底。這樣做果然省勁，一切都不必費(fèi)心，教材的處理、教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)、課后練習(xí)的安排，等等，一切都照老教師的去做，無從下手的困擾沒有了，每天上完課回到辦公室，感覺是那樣的輕松，那時(shí)的我以為教學(xué)就這樣簡單、容易呢。

可是，漸漸地我發(fā)現(xiàn)我的課堂缺乏活力、了無趣味，除了少數(shù)幾個(gè)學(xué)生在比較認(rèn)真地聽講之外，其他學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出很淡漠的樣子，有的在下面偷偷地聊天，看課外書，做小動(dòng)作，甚至有的學(xué)生干脆趴在課桌上打起了瞌睡。每當(dāng)我提問問題的時(shí)候，下面幾乎都是一片沉默。這樣的教學(xué)效果當(dāng)然不好，我十分沮喪卻束手無策。再去聽老教師的課，看到人家課堂上那熱烈的氣氛，活躍的場面，我感到不解：一樣的知識，一樣的講解，為什么效果卻差這么多?我們的組長孫老師語重心長地說：教師和教師不同，學(xué)生和學(xué)生也不一樣，不同班級的學(xué)生，有不同的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)，再者，教學(xué)是一個(gè)互動(dòng)的過程，需要教師根據(jù)具體情況加以變通和取舍。別人的教案和課例，只能作為一個(gè)參考，教學(xué)還是得有自己的東西啊。
